Beautiful North Shore Studio

We booked a week here for a little end-of-summer getaway and had a wonderful time. The condo had everything you could need - including a Keurig - and felt homey! Of course the beach and the beautiful deck are the main attractions, but this accommodation was perfect! Hope to visit again soon!

There was a misunderstanding on my part with the booking based on my previous stays at this property. For the past several years 3 guests have stayed in a studio unit at the property with no issues. Apparently the rules changed and now only 2 guests are allowed to stay in a studio, which was indicated on VRBO site, but since 3 of us had stayed in years past and the description of the unit states it is perfect for a “couple OR A SMALL family” I didn’t think it would be an issue. When I was sent the form to fill out from the host (2 days prior to check in) it indicated on the form that only 2 guests were allowed. So I contacted the host and asked for her advice on how to handle the situation. She indicated she would contact the owner and get back to me. When she got back to me, the day we were supposed to check in to the property, she indicated the owner was not willing to accommodate a 3rd person or provide any type of refund and her best advice was for me to find someplace else for my 3rd person to stay and she would make accommodations for all 3 guests to have access to the pool and beach area. So I paid for an additional booking at another property for my 3rd person, but was not given access to the north shore condo until 2 days after I should have been able to check in. AND I was only given access then because I called VRBO for help. I asked for a refund for the 2 nights I paid for and was not allowed access and was also denied that, and access for the 3rd person to the p

We had a wonderful time. The studio condo had everything we could possibly want. All we needed to bring were beach towels and a bar of soap. Kathleen was hands on and terrific. If we had a problem she was just a phone call away. The murphy bed was easy to use and really comfortable. The pool was warm and the beach was private. Don't think twice about going.

Property was great, we love it in South Haven, this is our 3rd time staying at these condos. This one checked all the boxes, location , location, location. Like I said outstanding!
